Joakim Öjendal

Welcome to my personal/professional website! Currently I am preoccupied with three multidisciplinary research projects: one on Peacebuilding, one on Global climate change and its impact on transboundary water management, and a third on Local Governance as a Post-conflict Reconstruction Strategy. Besides that I supervise Ph D Candidates, lecture on the Ph D Education, supervise students and engage in all kind of academic work nationally and internationally. I am also committed to various localised research institutes and my own more grounded fieldwork. Finally, I engage enthusiastically in policy relevant process, when occasion is given and do not hesitate to travelt to Asia, The Mekong region and Cambodia. Below follows a more formal review of interests and achievements.

Thanks for visiting!
